망상 청피반 (Livedo reticularis)은 피부가 레이스 모양의 자줏빛 변색으로 나타나는 얼룩덜룩한 그물 모양 혈관 패턴을 특징으로 하는 흔한 피부 소견입니다. 추위에 노출되면 악화될 수 있으며, 주로 하지에 발생합니다. 변색은 피부 모세혈관에 혈액을 공급하는 소동맥을 통한 혈류가 감소하면서 발생하고, 산소가 부족한 혈액이 파란색으로 변합니다. 이는 고지혈증, 미세혈관 혈액학적 이상 또는 빈혈, 영양 결핍, 과다면역 질환 및 자가면역 질환, 약물·독소 등에 의해 이차적으로 나타날 수 있습니다.
